This breathwork is here as a space to slow down and be with what is. To release, renew and what your heart has been carrying.
What to expect:
Intro: Explanation on the breathwork techniques and what you might experience (especially if it's your first time).
Meditation: Connect with the body, come into presence and gently start meeting what your heart has been carrying — without pushing it away
Breathwork: Let your breath guide you out of your head and back into yourself. And creating space to feel, soften, and release what’s been building in your body – allowing you to soften your shoulders and exhale from relief
Grounding breath: Opening your heart in a way that feels safe, grounded, and supported while coming back into stillness, a sense of lightness, connection, and inner peace
Integration: A moment where you can journal, drink something, share what came up and start integrating the experience
