Just wear something comfortable, make sure you’re in space where you won’t be disturbed and preferably be in a space where you’re able to lay down.

Sometimes a single-session is all we need, however, I find consecutive sessions can be incredibly potent in keeping the gears turning and moving through deeper layers of resistance. The sessions build of each other which means that with each session we’re able to go deeper and It can also help to keep yourself accountable for your own personal growth and expansion.
You will also get full on coaching and guidance through out this month. It’ll be fully tailored to what you need and how to be best of service to you through out the month -
Most of my sessions are via zoom. You’ll receive an email with the zoom link 24 hours before our session.If a session happens in person, the location may vary.

All payments are generally non-refundable.
Refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of the Provider.
Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, the session may be forfeited.
Special cases may be discussed, but the Provider retains full discretion.

1. Definitions
Provider: Erovira by Felicia Faas, registered ZZP in the Netherlands (freelancer).
Client: Any individual or entity booking, participating in, or using services provided by the Provider.
Services: Includes, but is not limited to, 1:1 mentorship, body-centered coaching, breathwork, truffle/plant medicine ceremonies, workshops, retreats, online sessions, in-person sessions, and any other guidance provided.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in any Services, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. This includes all disclaimers, liability releases, and payment obligations.
3. Payments
All Services must be paid as agreed: via invoice, payment plan, cash, or personal arrangements.
Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
Failed payments or non-compliance may result in suspension or cancellation of Services.
Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
All payments are generally non-refundable.
Refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of the Provider.

5. Liability Disclaimer
The Services are provided for personal growth, spiritual guidance, and educational purposes only.
The Provider is not a medical doctor, licensed therapist, or healthcare professional. While the Provider has formal training as a Personal Guide for Specific Demographics, the Services with Erovira are exclusively spiritual, coaching, and guidance-based in nature, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
Clients assume full responsibility for all outcomes (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, or financial) resulting from participation.
The Provider is not liable for any damages, losses, claims, or consequences arising from participation, including but not limited to:
• Interactions with third parties during retreats, ceremonies, or workshops
• Travel, accommodation, or meals
• Any outcomes resulting from the Client’s physical, emotional, mental, or energetic state at the time of participation, including pre-existing conditions or current circumstances
6. Ceremonial & Plant Medicine Clause
Clients must be 18+ years old, sober, physically and psychologically stable, and voluntarily choosing the experience.
Clients assume all risks associated with plant medicine or ceremonial participation, including physical, emotional, energetic, and psychological effects.
The Provider holds no responsibility for personal belongings, injury, or outcomes during ceremonies.
Clients agree to follow all instructions and respect safety boundaries.
Clients assume full responsibility for all outcomes (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, or financial) resulting from participation.
7. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees. Clients agree that they are fully responsible for their participation in all Services. They will not hold the Provider responsible for any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs that arise from their participation, their actions, or any breach of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to:
Use or misuse of the Provider’s materials.
Client participation in Services
Any breach of these Terms
Any actions of the Client during workshops, ceremonies, or retreats
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal information and shared content is confidential.
Provider complies with GDPR: personal data is stored securely, used only for service delivery, and is never shared without consent except as legally required.
Clients consent to digital communication and data storage necessary for Service delivery.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, recordings, guides, and teachings provided by the Provider are intellectual property.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or share without explicit written permission.
10. Recordings, photo’s and promotion
During certain sessions, workshops, or ceremonies, recordings, photos, or videos may be taken for the purposes of documenting the session, improving services, or for marketing and promotional use (including but not limited to website, social media, and educational materials).
By participating, the Client gives consent for such recordings and images to be used for these purposes.
If the Client does not wish to be recorded or have their images used for promotion, they must explicitly inform the Provider in writing prior to the session.
The Provider will make all reasonable efforts to respect this request.
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Dutch law governs these Terms.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or Services will first be addressed via good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes will be settled in the courts of the Netherlands.
Claims must be brought within 1 year of the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Acknowledgment
By booking or participating in any Service, the Client:
Confirms they understand the risks and disclaimers outlined above
Accepts full responsibility for their participation
Agrees not to hold the Provider liable for any consequences or outcomes

4. Recordings / Photos
During certain sessions, workshops, or ceremonies, recordings, photos, or videos may be taken for the purposes of documenting the session, improving services, or for marketing and promotional use (including but not limited to website, social media, and educational materials).All recordings, photos, or videos captured during sessions or events are considered personal data under GDPR.
By participating, the Client gives consent for such recordings and images to be used for these purposes, unless clearly stated otherwise by the Provider or Client.
Clients may opt out at any time by notifying the Provider before or during the session. The Provider will make all reasonable efforts to respect this request.
Any recordings or images are stored securely and are not shared with third parties outside of the purposes described above.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:With trusted service providers (payment processors, accountants, email systems) strictly for service delivery

Our Services are primarily intended for adults (18+). In some cases, Erovira may work with minors under 18 years old, such as through body-centered coaching, energy healing, breathwork, group sessions or meditation.
For clients under 16, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required before any session can take place.
For clients aged 16–17, parental awareness and consent are strongly recommended.
Personal data of minors is collected and processed only with appropriate consent, handled with the highest confidentiality, and never shared with third parties.
