I never felt seen or understood as a child, so I became someone who sees and understands others deeply. I never felt at home in this world, so I now guide people back home to themselves. I spent most of my life feeling powerless, so I now teach others to stand unapologetically in their power, authenticity, and wholeness.

Somewhere along the way, I made myself a promise: to become the person I needed when I was younger — and to never let anyone feel the way I did while being in my presence. Thats why I do what I do.

Everything I share comes from lived experience. From walking through darkness and transmuting it back into light. It has taught me to listen to the whispers of life, my soul, my body, and the universe — and to see everything as an invitation to grow, heal, learn and expand.

Through all the pain, I’ve found a depth of unconditional love beyond words. I now know: love is the fabric of life — and it’s my mission to help you remember that too. Because this love is already yours.

It’s been a hell of ride to find my way home to myself— thousands of hours of going down the rabbit hole of my inner world, existence, the fundamental truths, I don’t even know how many hours of crying my eyes out, facing my worst fears and a bunch of moments of absolute bliss and synchronicity. And through all of it, I’ve learned that my unapologetic fullness is exactly what the world needs — just as much as it needs yours.

 So now that I’m home, I hold the door open for you, so you can walk yourself home too
