Why Breathwork?

Through out our lives, we pick up on so many experiences, emotions, feelings, energies etc. that get stuck in our body, nervous system and breath.

Breathwork brings you deep into your body, into your subconscious and it can help you gain clarity, release, heal, expand, regulate or activate certain parts in you, you might not even know were there.

It’s a way to help you clean out anything that is alive in you. What ever your intention may be, breathwork can help you get there. But the beauty with this one is that its just you and your breath.

You are in full control.

The power of the breath

The breath is one of the only things that happens automatically, where we don’t have to think about it,
yet we can control it. It’s a direct connection to our subconscious, blood pressure, digestion, hormone levels, nervous system, muscles, emotions, brainwaves etc.

By changing your breathing pattern according to your intention (either gain and/ or release energy or to ground and relax), we can take back control of our body, mind and spirit.

It allows us to work with our subconscious thoughts and emotions. Letting them move through us and release them so we create space for our most authentic expression to come forth.
